Congrats Jim. I saw the two trucks leaving this morning and made a post on the FFR facebook site. Perfect day! Thanks for the support.

It's like Christmas in November..:D What a wonderful day ..

My roadster also arrived in November, and although it was a cold, rainy day, I didn't even notice the weather I was so excited.
Don't forget to take some pictures!! (And post them here..)

No Stewart Transport for us, up here in the rugged north..

Fortunately the truck came with a high-up..

Congrats! The first of many great days in your building experience! In the vein of full-disclosure, there probably will be some not-as-great days in your build experience. But, in my experience, the great days far outnumbered the not-as-great.

So, you're number 1, I'm number 2 on Stewart's list (assuming same truck). Delivery of mine is tomorrow.

I've said this a million times... There's not a parent in the world who doesn't have stories of child raising that makes you laugh or cry. It's not the easy path you've chosen, that of building your own car, but like having kids, when you put yourself into something with love and passion and hard work, the result is always many times greater than the effort, as big as it may be. Thanks for the support and Have FUN!

Jim, congrats again, hope to see you at the next breakfast... as for delivery, its amazing how clear my memory is of that day. I had a trip up to Providence and on the way home had the team drop me at a budget truck rental and headed out to Wareham from there. Took a quick tour of the factory but couldn't wait to get the truck loaded and back on the road. I am sure I had a huge psycho grin on my face the whole drive back to Jersey just thinking I have a Factory Five back there bwaaahahahahahahahaha.

The worst part was getting it home and having to wait for my helpers to come help unload the truck...
