I have a used fuel cell for sale along with it's frame mount cage. It's bladder is outdated so should be replaced. $250

Hello - Where are you located? I may be interested in the fuel cell but shipping may be cost prohibitive. Also, how is the bladder replaced? And does it come with any mounting straps or hardware?
