The FFR manual for the A/C kit recommends the Mastercool 71550 A/C Hose Crimper Kit (https://amzn.to/30HPtTl), it's come down a few bucks to around $151
I found a knockoff (or maybe the ODM) for this tool - called the Vevor 71550 for only $109 (https://www.ebay.com/itm/VEVOR-71550-A-C-Hose-Crimper-Kit-Manual-Crimper-Protable-Crimping-w-4-Dies-/233088823238) the only difference I can tell is branding... and some dimensions are slightly different

I know the tale old tale, "buy cheap, buy twice" - but for a part that I'll use for maybe a dozen connections - will $40 kill the deal? plus I can use the $40 for a pneumatic battery crimper LOL

Looks like it should do the job just fine.

I bought something similar, and worked fine

I have the Mastercool version. Works very well. I can see some cosmetic differences compared to the lower priced one you asked about. But no reason it shouldn't make the same crimp. Done properly, these beadlock connections seem pretty foolproof.
