Alignment Specs MK4

Can anyone help me with what the specs should be for the MK4 that I have at my alignment shop.
The body is off but its time to cruse the neighborhood. After the body is on I will have it done again but I am sure I have a few months of local trips around the area.

There are different alignment specs depending on what you have and what you plan on doing with the car.
Some may already know your build, but many don't .
To get the best response help us with answers:
1) power / manual steering (higher castor with power steering)
2) IRS / straight axel (IRS needs rear alignment specs)
3) street, track use, or mixed (track use may benefit for high camber)

In general for the front: camber -0.5 to -1.0, castor (power steering) 8, toe in 1/16".
I don't know about rear alignment specs. I'm sure someone else will chime in.

Be sure to set your ride height front and rear. Since your body is off get the alignment done this way. Once you put the body on and have all the body work done you will be a your final curb weight. Re-adjust your ride height to the original number and you do not need another alignment....it will all come back to the specs set during the initial alignment. I'm set 4" in the front and 4.5" in the rear. After I got the body on and all painted I was about a little over 3' in the front and 3.5" in the rear. Cranked up the ride height to 4 and 4.5 and I'm all good.

You should specify which IRS. T-Bird center section or 2015-up Mustang. The Mark IV could have either one.

With power steering on a street car I recommend 6 to 8 degrees positive caster, .5 to .75 degree negative camber and 3/32" total toe in. ILPBFoot is exactly correct regarding ride height; set it now, have the car aligned and then when all the weight is on it go back to the same ride height and all of the alignment specs will return to the same settings.
