Is there a rotor centering ring used with the 12.88 front wilwood brake? If so, would it be included with the wilwood brakes or with the parts from Factory Five?

I can't answer the first part of your question, but the rings should have been packaged with the rest of the items from Wilwood.
I can't recall if they were required on the front or not, and I don't like guessing, but if I had to, I think yes. I know someone will chime in with a better answer.
