It’s clearly for the door latch but it’s not in the instruction manual. Is it a spacer? Appreciate if someone could fill me in.

Depends. Driver’s side almost always takes one, sometimes two and the passenger side is about 50% none, 50% one.

I did. It makes the latch on the frame mate up nicely with the door mechanism on my build. One on each side.

I used both on my driver side and none on the passenger side

I marinade them in "WHATSTHISHERESAUCE" and put them in the smoker for 12 hours . Then when they are nice and tender...... oh! Those are door latch spacers. ////////Where did I put my rum? Really, you interrupted my drinking for.....wait what? Come on man !...da Bat

Jeff , you really have to start wearing a respirator when spraying. Fumes are starting to get to you!

I do not recall receiving these spacers with my kit and know that I do not have them in my leftover parts. I made my own and am not 100% happy with the way the doors are latching. Does anyone have a pair they would like to sell?

I couldn't find the spacers at first but finally found them in the bag with the leather door straps.

Pretty sure the Jeff's each have a bucket full of those spacers; Mike Everson too. Maybe work a trade for their beverage of choice? I hear Miller likes RUM!

Blitzboy I'm glad you posted those pictures. I looked and looked at those pieces and couldn't figure them out, so I threw them in the box of spare stuff. I was getting read to grind out the stricker mount bkt because my door never quite closed to where I wanted it. Now its exactly where I want it:D Theres probably a picture in the manual but I probaly skimmed over that section. Thanks G

Yep, but as da Bat will tell you we’re not giving up the ones with the big holes ;) You are correct that Miller likes rum…Kleiner likes Miller…wait, that sounds wrong…Kleiner likes High Life :p
