Transmission Shopping

As I have until February for my kit to arrive I've got some time to shop for a transmission
What's the consensus on the best place to shop for a transmission? (or a place that I need to avoid)
I already have a Coyote and the IRS, just need to fill in the blank
At the moment was planning on a TKO, unless there's a good reason not to...

TKX from Mike Forte. What’s your rear end ratio? If it’s the common 3.55 go with the 2.87 first gear and .6 fifth.
