Factory Five Closed Wednesday Oct 27th Due to NorEaster Storm

Update 9:30am EST

We are shut down today as a result of the really nasty storm that is still hitting southeastern New England. Power outages are widespread and to the credit of our crew EVERYONE reported for work this am.
We have no internet and only about 1/3rd of the building has power so we will be unable to conduct normal business and likely send the crew home early. Please have some patience with us as we ride this storm out. For the next few hours the crew is doing clean-up work, restocking, and simply getting ready for returning to full production tomorrow or asap. We have no internet, emails, or phones so we will be closed today for any business.

Following a Nor’easter storm the other day, Factory Five continues to be limited on power. We have a small team working at the shop today, cleaning up, and getting ready to return to full production. Our Tech Sales and Support team is doing their best to reply to emails from home, but are unable to process kit and part sales at this time.

We hope to be back up and running shortly, and will continue to post updates on our website and social media pages. Thanks!

FFR is still without full power, and Eversource says it will be up Saturday night. We hope to return to regular operations on Monday, November 1st. We’re staying on top of emails as best we can.
