A brief history; I purchased an Aluminum Trailer a while back and ultimately decided I wanted to enclose it. When Whitbys finished my car (Type 65 Coupe), I was somewhat reluctant to tow from N.C. to south Florida in an open trailer.
I had a custom cover made at Cover Tech and installed it myself in a weekend. I have since taken it off the trailer as my current project ( XP87 Stingray Racer replica body on a C3 Corvette chassis) is too tight.
The enclosure has two front "windows" and two side doors, The drivers side door was widened to more comfortably accommodate the Coup's doors.
I am willing to give it to someone willing to pick it up rather than let it deteriorate (a case of Heineken would not be refused). The actual cover has been stored in my garage and the structure (taken apart) is outside.
This was a custom kit by Cover Tech, so here are my trailer dimensions; 81" wide, 218" long, air dam is 42"h, 7" wide at bottom, 4"w at top.
If you would like to see photos it is featured on the Cover Tech website. www.cover-tech.com. Go to Trailer Enclosures. I have a bunch of pictures and specs that I can share with interested parties.
If interested please respond to my email compsitetech@yahoo.com. I am located in Jupiter, FL, 20 miles north of PBIA.153993
