Mk 4 - complete kit
Something else for future reference and current notes .... if (when) replacement ball joints and/or grease boots are needed .... sometime way off in the future unless something gets damaged/torn .... what specific replacements should be requested when going to the parts store or dealer?
Make/model/year of car?
Manufacturer part numbers?
Or??
Many thanks
Lynn

Look for the Moog K772 Ball Joint, originally off a Chrysler product, but commonly used in the Hot Rod world for everything.
As to the boots, when they do need replacing go with the Energy Suspension part # 13024, much better than ant stock item.
It looks like the Black one in the lower Left corner below the Red one.

Great feedback - and very quick as well. Thanks!
Since I'm still pretty early in my build (front hubs & brakes aren't installed yet) - are the Energy Suspension pieces significantly better enough to warrant replacement now rather than waiting till the FFR supplied pieces fail? It may be a long time till then (if they ever fail) but swapping them out now would be much much easier than having to essentially disassemble the entire front corner later.
Thoughts?
And thanks again

The upper ball joints and boots are a Chrysler New Yorker 79-82 and the lower ball joints are 87-93 Mustang.

We use energy suspension bushings in our control arms from the factory.
