When we sourced our engine, a CVF drive system was selected. The thought at the time, was having both the a/c and alternator installed low would allow us the clearance required to run this set up. Now that the engine is here, it appears that the CVF bracket for the alternator will have interference issues with the frame. In fact to install the Coyote, we will be required to remove material on the front left cylinder bank (red circle in photo)just to get it drop in without interference with the frame.

If you intend to run a Coyote/4R70W combo with a TCI converter having a 10.625" bolt pattern, a custom fabricated flex plate will be required. We found that Olan Teves at Reactor Products has the capability to build our flex plate, and currently we waiting on that part to arrive before continuing with mating the engine/trans and finally the installation into the truck.

In the interim I'm looking for an Accessory Drive Plan B, has anyone installed their alternator on the right side above the a/c, what setup did you use?

I am using a take out motor from a 2017 GT donor, so using the factory accessory drive setup. My install is in a 70 Mustang Mach 1, so I cannot help with your clearance issues. However I can say that my engine fits OK, but found that I could not remove the alternator without modifying the DS frame rail a bit.
What I can help with is I can provide measurements for my setup for reference if you think the OEM setup would be a plan B option.

Our Coyote accessory drive issues were solved after we sourced a drive kit from Power by the Hour, West Palm Beach, FL https://pbhperformance.com

We still had to modify the PBH A/C bracket to avoid an interference with the top tube of the chassis, then create an additional bracket to clock the compressor down about 2 inches to achieve clearance for a/c plumbing. PBH provided great customer support, I am happy with the results.
