Sharkhide is a little hard to come by up here in Canada.

Has anybody tried/used this product?

It's seems similar, is locally available and pricing is reasonable. (The cost of importing Sharkhide makes the resale pricing prohibitive as it is deemed a hazardous material.)

I have a vendor that clear coats aluminum tank trailers. The 40’ semitrailers that deliver fuel from the refineries to the local service stations. He used Sharkhyde, then changed to Alumaclear and now he is using Nyalic. We are shipping two trailers that he just coated to Alaska now. He said Nyalic is the best of the three for his purposes.

Thanks for your comments Steve, much appreciated.

Anything that is designated to be a hazardous material is so much harder to get/more expensive up here in Canada.

I used Al's heat and noise reduction coating. Hopefully it's available in Canada.
