HydroBoost Spacer / Socket

Hi Guys,

Anyone happen to have an unused hydro-boost spacer sitting around? If not is there an aftermarket source or does someone have dimensions on it? I've got access to a basic machine shop, so I could fab one up if I knew what I'm needing to make. Looking around all I see are sources for vacuum assist, but not hydroboost.
