Hi all I have a coupe on order with a completion date of late January. Upon getting advice from other experienced owners I have upgraded my options. The one I am considering upgrading yet is manual steering to power steering. I have heard that with the power steering the alignment can be run better. Can someone explain this to me please just curious how the power rack can be run differently from the manual. Other than that I think parking and low speed driving will be much easier with power. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

You can run more caster angle which will improve tracking and handling but requires more force to turn. With a power rack this is a moot point.

On those lines I have built cars from the ground up before and always used 7 degrees of caster. How much caster would you advise in the coupe build?

Seven degrees is what the Type 65 build manual calls for when using power steering.
