What are you guys using on the header bolts ? Bolting into aluminum heads.
Vibe-Lock. Expensive but I’ve had zero issues.
Kodiak, you should also ask what size primary tubes they're running with those fasteners -- not all fasteners will fit large tubes. Another interesting question you may want to ask is what gaskets people are using (or if they're not using gaskets, what sealer) as gaskets make a difference in how quickly the fasteners get loose or if they loosen at all with heat cycles.

351w, aftermarket aluminum heads, Remflex header gaskets & Vibe lock header bolts.
I had to customize a 16 point-⅜” box end wrench by grinding down the outside diameter of the box end to as small as possible to get it on the heads of a couple bolts. Header tubes were too close to a couple bolt heads. Fortunately you don’t have to put a ton of torque on the bolts with Remflex gaskets.
You actually asked “what are you using ON the header bolts?” I use a small dab of anti seize on every bolt that goes into threaded aluminum. Nickel anti seize on spark plug threads.

I have used these on several builds. Tighten down once and forget about them. They do not come loose.
Easily worth the cost.

Be aware, that on some heads, 1" long bolts can bottom out. Check that they tighten correctly

I've had good results with both Stage 8 and Vibe-Lock bolts however the Stage 8 are kind of fiddly to work with so Vibe-locks have become my preference. With either I recommend that you go through a few heat/cool cycles and snug them after each before locking them down. I've also had good luck from both Percy's and Remflex gaskets.

Stainless steel. When ever clamping aluminum SS is a better match to AL thermal expansion than steel. Steel clamping AL may compressively yield the AL under the washer so the bolt will not stay tight over time.
