Hello,
Help on thread pitch and size. Installing my upper control arms the first of the two end nuts fowled and damaged the threads about a 1/4 way in. Does anyone know the nut size and thread pattern here? My measurement tools don't go that far up. I believe that I'm using the current hardware but would like to be able to double-check.

The build manual typically has thread size and pitch for whatever step you're on. The other very valuable source is your kit box content listings. All the hardware is listed with thread size, pitch and length. You should be able to answer your own question.

You make it sound like it's the two nuts installed onto either end of the horizontal cross shaft (as SPC calls it). The component which bolts to the chassis, and about which the upper control arm pivots.

If this is the case, and those threads are messed up, you may have to replace the cross shaft. Also those nuts are pretty large, and the thread is pretty coarse, so I'm surprised the stover nuts spun on by hand and didn't raise a red flag before you put a wrench on them. If you are not referencing the cross shaft, disregard all this.

Is your intent to use a tap and die set to correct the bad threads, then new hardware to reassemble?
