Stewart transport confirmed with me delivery is between the 13th and the 15th. Said Memphis was the last stop of the load the driver had and would provide a more accurate date on the 10th. I'm excited for the delivery and my extra long POL list!!!!?????

Great news! Hopefully you have anticipated the limitations of an incomplete kit? Fitting and fabricating aluminum is getting boring already!:p Not really...just really looking forward to making "real" progress! I am almost 2 months since delivery and still waiting for suspension. Delivery day is really exciting - take a boat load of pictures!

Yes I'm expecting a low box count. Maybe I'll be surprised but it's what I'm expecting right now. Guess I'll have to get done what can be done. My engine is at least 6 months out so misery loves company.

Woo Hoo! D-Day is close for you. after looking over my POL list I think I can start somewhere in the middle of the assembly manual :rolleyes: Been busy making a Body Buck with Wheels and started to remove and drill panels, all part of the build.

Our cars might be on the same truck! I have a delivery estimate of the 9-11th here in Maryland. I’m number 5 on the truck of about 11 (I believe) after 2 deliveries in MA, 1 in PA, and 1 in VA. They should be loading today!

Capt you must be beside yourself with anticipation. The night before I went to Mass to pick mine up I did not sleep at all so three oclock in the morning I left and went up there. i was there at nine in the morning. It is an exciting time. Now that mine is done I'm trying to talk the wife into getting the 33 hot rod for her (wink wink) since she is somewhat a hot rodder. I would love to start another build. Zack Laplata is below Waldorf. Are you below Laplata. You must be close to Budds Creek dragstrip.

Just called Stewart, they advised the delivery truck is till somewhere in MD, still having to hit, NC, FL and Alabama. Should be next Tuesday or Wednesday before they deliver to me in Memphis.

Funny you advise about the 33 hot rod, I've already been contemplating a follow on 35 truck build but...gotta get this one done first.

Farther south then that! Just outside Leonardtown so Budds Creek is only a 20 min drive.

Yep I can confirm that your MK4 was on the delivery truck when mine was delivered this morning!
