Hi: . Has anyone out there installed the power steering unit with the 351 engine. It looks like the oil pan needs to modified or changed. Would appreciate any informationj anyone out there might have. Thanks

Yes, you will need to get a different one or modify the exiting one. Good news is that oil pans are not too expensive!

I also changed the position of the electric unit by drilling new holes and fabricating a backing plate.

Hi Olli, I have a ford Racing pan which has a large sump aft and a small sump forward.

Doug, Thanks for the information. I wasn't sure it could be done and didn't want to order a unit without knowing it could somehow be mounted. Thank You
