Ah! thats where the PS fluid was going

On my third 1/4 mile test trip to the stop sign and back I noticed the PS pump was making some noise. Came back shut off the engine, and sure enough the PS fluid was low. Topped off the fluid and let the cap off to let the aeration go away. Few minutes later, PS fluid was coming out the top of the reservoir. Well that's odd I thought. When on to repeat this process 2 more times assuming there was just a boatload of air in the system, the last time I put the cap back on and was going to leave it sit overnight. 10 minutes later heard a pop and fluid fountain...check out the video for the mystery.

They do not have any in stock so I bought a cardone 22207....turns out the 22207 is 2.4 lock to lock. If that is too touchy may end up with the cardone 22203. Just really sucks that they do not have inventory to replace faulty products that they sold. Other than this (and the POL lists) Factory Five has been great with their service. great product so far ,,,well except for what I guess to be a china made power steering rack.

seems Ok so far for the very short runs so far. Once all the paperwork is finished a drive on the highway will give better feedback. I think it will be fine once the camber/caster/toe are set professionally on a machine. I got it close with a level and tape measure.
