Now that I have the driveshaft issue sorted out, we took it around the neighborhood yesterday for the first time. Other than finding 3 or 4 leaks I need to chase down (and flipping loose rocks and debris everywhere), it was awesome. I've got the Gen 3 coupe and am using a Gen 2 Coyote out of a wrecked car with the stock Mustang MT82 transmission (and the kit from formacars). Running a solid rear axle. Need to finish up some of the electrical work and panels, and then we can start on the body!

Thanks everyone for your congratulations! Appreciate it. Great support here. On the driveshaft, I just hooked it up and drove it. The flanges/yokes were actually about parallel (were within a degree of each other). The only issue was that the transmission was higher up in the car than diff, so there was a negative angle to the driveshaft. I talked to Formacars about it, and they said it should be fine like that. I’ll need to see how it is on the Highway to see if there are any vibrations or anything.
