This is my first post so be gentle! FFR is refusing to supply a brake pedal, pedal box and door hinges with my truck kit. If anyone can post pictures of any of these with a ruler in the picture maybe I can second source them or fabricate them? Thanks

"Refusing to supply..." What does that mean? All three items are part of the complete kit. The only option for ordering a truck kit. The supplied pedal box is from Wilwood. The door hinges are from Speedway as I recall.

Are you sure they are not just POL or back ordered? I have built 15 FFR kits and never had FFR say they won't supply what is to come with the kit. POL parts are normal especially during this Covid crap holding up all kinds of suppliers.

I have "negotiated" with them for months on multiple missing parts. Now there response is the "computer" only recognizes a few insulated clips.......garbage in garbage out as the saying goes

I have been begging them for these parts for months. There POL's are complete according to there "computer".

This doesn't sound right. Were they "missing"from the start after doing inventory? I had a few parts that were missing (checked off as fulfilled but not in the boxes) and not on my POL list. I just emailed them and they shipped them out. This was pre pandemic of course. FFR and been extremely responsive to me in the past even to the point of replacing a leaky caliper and faulty light switch 2 yrs after delivery

Dublin, ohio..I grew up in Shawnee Hills..small world. Yes the parts were on the delivery inventory but not in the boxes. Now I am getting push back that its all new. I have emails that show I have been pinging them for months. My order was fulfilled during the height of the pandemic and contained many errors and parts I did not order?

This just doesn't square with how Factory Five operates or has treated their customers. Nearly everyone on here will attest to that. Even though their shipments have stickers that say shortages must be reported in a certain number of days, they're typically willing to work with you. Same thing if you receive parts you shouldn't have. If the value warrants, they will send a shipping label for return. Has to be more to the story. I'm staying out of it. Good luck.

I would agree with edwardb....I have found FFR to be exceptional with customer service. I suppose there is always the chance they missed the mark but so far, given my experience dealing with them, there must be more to the story. With that said, I hope you find a satisfactory resolution to your missing parts issue.
