What condition is your wood wheel in?
I just picked up a MK3 Challenge Series project that was originally purchased in 2005. It's new but I'm not totally sure if there isn't some light marks from it being in storage. It looked in good shape when I inventoried it, but I'll have to go get out of my storage and get you some pics.

Pics would be good to verify the condition. If it looks good then let's do the swap. I'll get some pics as well.
Here are some pics. As you can see, the center section needs polishing. I hit it with some rubbing compound on one of the arms and it started to come back shiny but it will require some elbow grease for sure. The wood all around looked good.
Apparently I cant figure it out....
