I've converted all FFR/Ron Francis switches to LED buttons except for the wiper. When ever I try to turn the car ignition to 'on' the wiper fuse immediately burns out. The button isn't even pressed and the fuse still burns out. I've checked the relay to see if the relay was bad and even converted back to the FFR switch to see if the motor is bad (FFR switch works perfectly fine).

Is there anything wrong with the wiring diagram below? This is similar to how I've wired all the other buttons which work great. Side note: with this setup the "park" wiper mode is primary and the "low" speed is what gets activated when button is pressed. "High" is not possible with this setup.

The LED buttons used are THESE (https://billetautomotivebuttons.com/products/22mm-wipers-symbol-billet-push-button-switch-windscreen?_pos=2&_sid=2055935e2&_ss=r)

Answered via PM, but here's my response for future folks doing a search.

"Park" supplies power to a cam switch on the wiper motor. The theory is that you turn the wipers off, but the motor runs until the cam switch kills power when the wipers are at their lowest point. I don't know of anyone whose cam switch works like the theory; pretty much everyone just turns the wipers off manually at the low point.

Try disconnecting pin 87a from Park on the wiper motor. I bet you stop blowing fuses.
