I run 3/32 toe in, -1.5 camber and 4.5 caster. If you have power steering then increasing the caster to around 6 degrees will make the car track better. I run front tire pressure at 23 psi and rear at 24 psi. Depending on your tires etc you may find that adjusting these specs slightly may improve your steering feel.

Kato,
A good starting point for anyone is the recommended settings to start with from the factory.
-.5° of Camber, 4-5° of caster, and a 1/16" toe in. If you are running power steering you can go a little more on the caster
But to start this is a good point, just remember that too much toe and caster starts to wear the tires faster on the inside.
See how you like that then change as you like. With the MKI upper A-Arms there isn't a ton of adjustment with them so start with the recommended
settings then adjust slowly and double check your adjuster thread engagement to keep things safely adjusted.
Hope that helps
Thank you Mike and Todd this is just what I was looking for . Todd its nice to meet another MK1 owner my # is FFR1468K I would love to find the builder but have had no luck on the forums or with FFR
