After not finding any information for building a Wood Chassi Dolly for a Gen 3 Coupe I reached out to Factory Five and they said it was the same dimensions as a Dolly for the Mark IV Roadster just 5" longer.
Knowing that the Mark IV still uses the twin 4" main frame Tubes and the wood Dolly instructions call for 24" on center for the frame rails to set in and the new Gen 3 Coupe uses 1 1/2 " square Tubing it didn't seem to add up so another Email to Factory Five to confirm the dimensions for the 1 1/2" Frame rails. found they are 22" outside to outside. ( 20.5" on center) I added the extra 5" in overall length of the Dolly now 65" and made the adjustments for the 20.5" frame rail center and added a second 4x4 to each end for an 18"overall height at the bottom of the Chassi.
Fingers crossed when Stewart Trucking sets the Coupe down on my Dolly that it all lines up.
Thanks to all who have posted their Chassi Dolly pictures and information on how to build one on the forum. it made it easy to build.

I have been looking for this information. I have to build a dolly as well to get the frame/body up the 75 foot driveway to the garage.

Look up"Chris's Chassis Dolly Build Plans" that's where I found the information to build a Chassi Dolly for a Mark IV Roadster. you can download the PDF file from his post then modify the dimensions.

Don't overthink a chassis dolly for the Gen 3 Coupe. There are no 4" tubes as already mentioned. Plus the bottom is completely flat. I don't see any advantage in trying to align with any of the frame rails. Just make a flat dolly with padding (carpet, whatever) on top of the dolly frame and you'll be good.

Thanks for the info and picture. will be easy to modify it if needed. remove a couple of drywalls screws and the top will be flat.

Would you happen to have the width of the frame? Length, I can guesstimate, based on wheelbase.

54 inches (+/- a little) reaching under with a tape measure. That's the parallel width between the front and back wheels.
