Have seen both ways but seem to fit better cannister down on my 3 link yet manual shows cannisters on top ? all help apprectiated

Red standard Koni shocks can be mounted either direction. Doesn't matter. Whichever way fits better. Optional silver double adjustable Koni shocks have to mounted body down. No choice. Required by the internal valving of the shocks.

Thats what I thought after seeing them used both, after years of racing motor bikes I know some shocks have to be mounted correctly due to valving
