Working out some final details and I'm navigating New Hampshire car registration. Hoping some one may know. The car is a MKIII Challenge car and is being made street legal. Originally, built in 2006. Does it need a catalytic converter? I'm having a hard time getting a straight answer from NH DMV.. They are kinda clueless :-). Other than that the rules in NH seem pretty straight forward.
