what steering wheel is this ? like to find a replacement mine is a bit rough .

That's the standard FFR wheel for a GTM. My guess is it built specifically for FFR as it is supplied as part of the kit.

What part of the wheel is rough? The horn button or the outer leather?
It's a standard Momo bolt pattern if you want to replace it with aftermarket.
If you want the original FFR wheel, you're probably going to have to contact FFR or find a builder who installed a different one. I like the look and ergonomics of the FFR supplied wheel, but I'd be willing to part with mine if you are interested in it.
