I have the Ron Francis wire harness, coyote gen 3, and Russ Thompson turn signal. Before switching to a new coyote everything worked as it should. Before I put the body back on I wanted to make sure everything was working correctly. The head lights work. The brake lights work. When I turn the head lights on the amber front lights work as do the tail red running lights(all four come on). When I turn the blinkers on to turn left only the front blinker flashes. When I push the turn stalk to turn right none of them come on. Any quick thoughts on what the issue is?

Check your grounds first. It seems like I had to jump the ground from the headlight to the turn and parking or vise versa.
Also pins in weather tite connectors can back up or get bent.

After some checking here is what I have:
1.With the key in the on position and hazard switch off the drivers side blinkers work the passenger side do not work
2. With the hazard switch on and key on I get nothing but when I push the turn stalk down for drivers side all 4 lights blink. When pushing the stalk to turn right all four hazards do not work.
3. With the key in the off position the hazards do not work.
Any suggestions?

The Coyote installation doesn't touch any of the lighting circuits. So unless something was jarred loose, damaged, whatever, putting a different engine in your chassis (Coyote or anything else) shouldn't have caused the problems. Bad grounds are always the first place to look as already suggested. Bunch of builders have said they were OK. But then found out that was the problem when the go into it. Go through every one. Make sure tight and on clean metal (no powder coat or paint). While on the subject, I'm assuming you have the Coyote block grounded (I always do two) and also the Coyote harness ground wire also in good shape? Any chance you messed up the RF ground by adding the Coyote harness ground? Short of that, the weird combinations you're seeing are symptomatic of incorrect wiring. Again if the grounds are OK. I'm assuming you have it wired exactly like the RF wiring diagram. No exceptions. Including how the hazard switch is wired. That's where guys get in the most trouble. It will backfeed and act very strange if not wired as shown with the double pole switch. To troubleshoot, first thing I'd do is pull the power feed off your hazard switch and see if the regular turn signals work correctly. With the key on of course since they're on an ignition circuit.
