Austin Area Paint and Body for my Rebuild

Hey Folks,

I am rebuilding my car and just took the body off and have it all the way down to the bare frame. Most of the aluminum is off and the wiring harness has been removed and starting to work on the frame modifications to get it in line with a Mark 4. I want to see if anyone has any recommendations on paint and body folks in the Austin area that would take my body and start the body repairs that need to be done while I am working on the chassis. The nose has been cracked and the passenger side front fender at the bottom where the side pipes exit has broken off and the part has disappeared. If anyone has been through this before or has any suggestions I would appreciate it. I have a lot to do on the car and it probably wont be ready for the body for a while. Thanks!

You might reach out to David Morgan, Custom Touch Graphics in Pflugerville. He does a lot of high end custom boat painting, but I know he also does cars and has done a couple of Cobras. The guy that painted mine is no longer doing them so no luck there.

Hey Bob, I noticed from your signature you have a Mark 4 with stack Injection. I bought the Borla Stack Injection and that's a part of my restoration build. I would absolutely love to take a look at your car. I'm making a bunch of frame modifications and really would like to see the aluminum panels and just take a close look at a Mark 4. Also would be interested in your stack Injection setup. If you have time one weekend maybe we could meet up. I'll call David Morgan
