Can anyone with a 33HR and a coyote engine tell me the distance between the harmonic balancer and the steering rack?

The answer is, it depends where you measure - a little bit. The rack is necked down in the center so there is a little more clearance there, but it looks like there's about a 4" gap in the part near the mounting bracket. Sorry for the crap photo, but it's a little hard to access that area without putting the car up on the lift.
