View Full Version : Looking for a BS Engine Manual BS-271172
I'm having trouble with my almost 40 year old lawn tractor and am looking for the engine service manual. The manual is BS-271172.
I've ordered a cd version of ebay but was wondering if anyone has a paper copy they don't want (it's 171 pages) or a pdf version.
I know it's a longshot but hey you never know.

For 40 years, the printed edition has probably already worn out and the paper is not in the best condition. It will be better if you use an electronic copy. It's safer than breathing dust from old paper.

I just find it easier to sometimes work with a paper copy rather than paging through stuff especially while working in the garage.
Personally, I have car repair books I bought in the 1960's that are still in excellant condition and I used them often back in the day. It's all a matter of how things are or aren't cared for.
