I have gotten caught in several rain storms - my rear glass is not completely sealed so it leaks.... but as far as the cockpit I stay dry. I have seals all around the doors and windows are "pre-loaded" toward the door seal so that it doesn't get sucked out at speed.....It really is better than I would have thought.

Weather proofing is one area a "build yourself" car does not match a production car. I have not been caught in rain yet but I did try to weather proof it as much as possible. i used a sheet of paper between the glass and the rubber weather striping to check sealing, close the glass on the paper and pull it out and you can tell if there is contact. Like Eric I worked on the side window seals but not sure yet how good they will be.

i try to get some more preload on side windows if i can got them pretty tight have to slam doors to close due to seals
