I have been looking at all the possible options for the rear end gearing and transmission options. Based on some math I was able to dig out from back in college, I determined that with a tuned gen 3 coyote motor that the TUET 11940 is the fastest transmission and that 3.73 gears are oddly faster at race speeds (60-140mph in 5.97 vs 6.17) compared to the 3.55 gears that beat them in 0-60 times (4.01 for 3.55 an 4.14 for 3.73). These are all theoretical numbers with constant values for friction coefficient(mu) and simple drag calculations. Since they are pretty close to each other, I was wondering if any coyote owners had any street drivability issues with the 3.55 gears at less than hard acceleration since there is a large gap between 1st and 2nd in the 11940 gearing? I've linked the speadsheet that I ran all the calcs on below. Feel free to use as you see fit.
