Sounds like a broken or loose baffle on my passenger side exhaust pipe. The only way to repair is to cut open, repair, and then tig weld? Or do i have to purchase new from ffr.

you can cut the end off and see if you can repair it, then clamp on one of these. with a heat shield on, you won't see the seam.

Drill a 1/4" hole in the bottom. And then use a long 1/4" self drilling sheet metal screw to secure the baffle.
