So went for a quick trip around parking lot across the street and something seemed off, starting to smell brake smell, got car home sure enough ps side e brake was stuck. As i search forum i see it is common and the solution is a spring, Hillman Item # 540120, #40. I can not find that spring anywhere. Does anyone who has recently used a spring have a source? Thanks.

If I can’t find it locally, then I look here: https://www.mcmaster.com

Good luck

If your local Ace hardware carries Hillman springs, they can order you a pair. That's what I did in Fairfax VA, & it took about a week to have them in hand.

I used these two, smaller diameter inside the larger spring. Use my ebrake quite a bit and so far no issues with calipers sticking.

I just went to Home Depot and picked up a spring assortment pack. Found a couple springs that worked fine
