FS: 2004 WRX Parts for 818R Build in PA

I have most of the parts for an 818R build already removed from a car. The plan was to build an 818R and I had owned a 2004 WRX MT since new. I stripped the WRX at 136k miles down over the summer of 2019 and then life changed substantially and it looks like I'll never have time to build an 818R. The WRX ran great when I took it apart, the chassis was getting pretty rusty and I had the time so I pulled the trigger. Anyway, all parts have been stored in my garage or climate controlled basement since then.

Here is a rough list of what I have:
Complete EJ205 engine that always had the oil changed regularly since new, never any issues with it
Transmission w/ stock clutch and flywheel, shifted well when pulled from the car
All brake calipers
All axles
All spindles
Steering column
Steering rack
Rear lower forward arms
Instrument cluster
Pedal assembly
Brake and clutch master cylinders
Radiator with fans and overflow tank
Complete wiring harness, everything labeled
Fuel pump

Things I definitely don't have:
Front control arms
Rear lower trailing arms
Rear toe links
Rear sway bar
Downpipe
Seats
Seat belts, interior bits
Windshield wipers


I'm looking to sell everything as a package and it would have to be picked up from 19090. $1000 takes everything, this stuff needs to go.
