Hi All,

I have 2002 Mustang GT lower control arms and spindles, but my local parts stores are having issues getting a rebuilt SN95 rack to match. I instead have opted for a fox rack since my core shows signs of leakage and its all I can get. I understand the input shaft is different and the inner tie rods are shorter than the SN95 and also SAE vs Metric.

My understanding is in order to make the Fox rack work with all my other components I'll need to install the rack extenders, switch the Fox rack over to my SN95 inner tie rods, and then trim them by the amount recommended in the manual.

Sound about right?

You will need the rack adapter from FFR. I used the complete Fox package. Rack, inner tie rods and outer tie rod ends with my 95 lower control arms and spindles. You may or may not need the rack extenders because you are using the SN 95 lower control arms that mount on the inner frame holes. I used them and have no bump steer.
