Is there anyone who has the '04 fuel pump tank (not installed yet) that can do me a favor and measure the sender resistance readings for full and empty? I made myself a note years ago that shows 255 ohms empty and 42 ohms full....which seems to be opposite of everything else I see where the empty resistance is lower than the full resistance....so just making sure I don't have that screwed up. Assuming you have an un-installed empty tank, you should be able to get the full reading by just setting the tank upside-down so the float falls to the top of the tank. Thanks!

Shane, on my '01 tank it is 40 empty, 240 full. To calibrate the gauge I used two sets of resistors, one 40 and one 240 to mimic empty and full.

I have 2004 in tank pump with sender, about 40 ohm empty and 240 full.

I think it's a fair trade, Shane teaches us how to build our cars, and we throw him an occasional ohm meter reading!
