Hi all
Started to put the windshield in for a test fit and the ends on both sides about 3 inches under the weather stripping I have a small gap 1/8 to 3/16”. I didn’t know how much pressure to use to push the windshield down if any. I was right around the 27” area also. Any thoughts or help would be great .

Did you try it at different angles to see if the gap was reduced? You may have had it in to upright of a position. I found mine fit better once it was leaned back more.
Also make sure the side posts are not in contact with the body, where they drop through. There should be some slight clearance all around the post.

I put a couple of paint sticks at the ends as spacers when I was putting my windshield in. seems to match the contour of the body pretty well w/o gaps between the body and weatherseal. also make sure your windshield posts are not pinching in on the body as this might affect fit. You did make sure that the posts are bent/twisted appropriately so they are all square, right? if there's still a slight bend in one of the dimensions, it can possibly cause a bit of a gap.
