Rear lid hinge - dang!

Ran up the road and around a bit, when I parked, I noticed one pin is gone from the trunk hinge!

3.1 with external hinges. Any fixes or just need a new hinge?

Had that happen to me also. I just drilled right through and put in a stainless socket head machine screw with a nylock nut. Unless you look for it, it's invisible and works great.
