I am starting the registration process on my car and have no idea how to fill out the forms. If anyone can help, I would be eternally grateful. Feel free to PM me if you want

Reach out to phileas_fogg and JB in NOVA both on this forum. phileas_fogg"s car is on the road and JB has submitted his paperwork. Also look for "olda4guy" he posted the whole process he went through. JB has a build thread you could contact him there.
