Mike happened to have relatives very close to where I live in Accord NY and personally delivered the Coyote to me along with his brother. It was great to meet Mike in person and he is super nice guy to deal with! Now I just have to get it installed.

Nice! Mike dropped off my 289, then stopped by to help with first start. Great guy!

I called him once and we had a nice 5-10 minute discussion covering quite a few things besides what I had called about. After we decided what I should order I asked if he would take the order now or should I order via the website. He says, "Well actually I am standing in the super market picking up a cake for my daughter's birthday party so I can't take your order. So go to the website." What a great guy!
