Painter recommendations West Michigan

I am a new member to the forum looking for a painter recommendation in the West Michigan area. I began my build last July and have decided to leave the bodywork to the pros.

He has a very good reputation, but I don't know how long his waiting list is.

Hello Todd from Ypsilanti MI. I am in the same boat you are. I am actually looking at the cost to ship the car to either Georgia or California for one of those painters. I found a guy in howell MI that seems reasonable that Paul Borror (edwardB on the forum) had one of his earlier roadsters sent to that I am considering. But he had a lot of stipulations, with me being a first time builder not sure I can sign up to. If you PM me I can send you the shops I am talking to not sure who is a sponsor on here and who isn't. But I am looking to send mine out for paint Sept/Oct timeframe as I can't really drive the car much after that. Want to gel coat drive it for a bit first. Hate to have something I messed up ruin the paint job.

I'm sure you'll hear from him within the next few days.
He's always helping guys with expert build advice along with tips for car setup for auto-crossing.
Though he didn't paint my car, he gave my pal Sammy and I a ton of recommendations to guide us through the process.

Jeff Miller did my car. Would use him again. Got him when he had time and he knocked it out quickly.

Jeff Kleiner was my original go to for paint but he was backed up. Would use him also, if he has time.

Jeff Hoskins(Paint by Jeff Hoskins, Hillsboro, Mo), repainted half my car. Outstanding, real high end, and tough to schedule.
