I have some old Energy mounts that gave up the ghost, need a new set.

I have a set of the FFR energy mounts that were modified by Mike Forte to fit a dart block. Not sure if this is what you are looking for?

I would recommend going to poly for a street used car. I just switched my BMW M3 track car to solid bushing and engine mounts...I feel every pebble on the road.

I would also recommend the poly mounts for the street. I typically used the poly mounts but went with solid mounts on a 65 coupe build. I could feel every cylinder went it fired. Kinda neat though went you pul up next to somebody, blip the throttle and the whole car twists up!

solid motor mounts are great on a track, but on a street car you will feel more than you may like. Also if you do install them its a good idea to start marking bolts/nuts, Vibrations from solid mounts love to shake parts loose.

Good points, I'll stick with a poly set.
