I plan to install the external fuel pump provided with my BPE 347 in the location recommended by BPE (rear side of 4" round Tube on PS). When looking at this and the shape of the fuel pump provides I wasnt comfortable as this would overhand the round tube if mounted horizontally or would have has a tube extending past the bottom of the round tube.

I fabricated a bracket to attach to the 2"x3" tube but want to get input to see if that would interfere with anything later in the build process. The pump is completely behind the 2x3 tube, it is just the bracket that extended past the out edge. I could turn the bracket and p clamps around the other what but I was less access in the future if needed.

I'm not far enough along in mine to offer any interference advice. I mounted mine under the seat pan and will mount a steal plate to protect it. Plan to use rivnuts in the frame.

I agree with using the rivnuts in the frame. What benefits are you seeing by mounting it under the seat pan?

It's definitely under the tank. Also it's mounted nicely to the top of the floor pan and surrounded on 4 sides by frame. The pump itself is tucked in the second filter is a little bulky. There is a picture in my build thread. I thought about tucking in that bracket that Blueprint recommends but it's hard to find a reasonable way to secure it. I figured if I ever need to replace it it's very accessible in the future.

Mine is mounted in the same location. In my opinion I would put a locknut on the other side of the rivnut. In my experience they don't replace a good locknut, I've had some of the bolts in them vibrate loose.
