Last piece of carpet, where does it go?

Gpt done putting in all the carpet over the weekend and basically went extremely well with no hickups and I'm very pleased with the turnout. But....there are two pieces left and I know they go somewhere to do with the doors and for the life of me I can't see how they fit. So I know there are many who have crossed this path before me so can someone tell me and preferably show me with pics where these two pieces go.146958

Well, that's supposed to cover the under side of the door along the sill. Mine looked like garbage, and that's where it ended up. I made my own pieces for the area those are intended for.

I can see the straight part of it going somewhere along the V shaped aluminum door gap panels but the curved part is whats throwing me off. It doesn't match up with anything.

The piece folds with part on the horizontal surface and part on the vertical.

Yes, those pieces go on the door sill, and yes they are a PITA. The squared off end goes to the vertical square frame member on the front of the door. There was another thread where some folks posted a better description and photos. I'll send a link assuming I can find it.

As already stated, under the door after the body is installed. I bound the inside edge of mine so there wasn't a raw carpet edge in plain sight.

Thanks for all the help a picture is defineately worth a thousand words. It looks like that area will need some more finishing in the end.
