All,
I used the old school method...put a line into a cup filled with brake fluid...held it above the brake caliper and had Wife pump brake into it was only liquid coming out. Started in right rear and went around the car twice... Pedal still going to floor... The caliper will stop the front rotors from moving but the pedal goes all the way to the floor...
It looks like there is an air pocket at the top of each master cylinder... pictures attached...

The reservoirs either need an elbow at the bottom or to be mounted higher to reduce or eliminate the uphill segment in your supply lines. They might work the way you have them but to bleed the brakes you will have to take the reservoirs off the mounting and lift them up so there is a continuous downward trajectory in the lines from them to the top of the master cylinder. Try to tap the lines and get all the air to move back up to reservoirs. Give it some time then bleed the brakes. There is no way you are going to bleed the brakes without doing this. I suppose you could roll the car onto the drivers side and accomplish the same thing.:p. Might be easier and safer to move the reservoirs for the bleeding process.
The bottom of the reservoir should be above the top of the master cylinder. It is hard to tell from your pictures if this is the case. If they are then, once the brakes are bled, you can remount the reservoirs and see if it works.

I've mounted the reservoirs above the master cylinder and it looks like I'm getting an air leak where the reservoirs are coming into the master cylinder...any advice?

Hard to tell for sure from your pictures but, I think you have the fittings backwards. The end in the hose should go in the master cylinder (it will have a single barb at the end) and the multi barbed end goes in the hose. Get some clamps for the hose fittings. I prefer fuel injection hose clamps. They are easy to use and you don't need to tighten them too tight.

maybe put some hose clamps on the line feeds to the cylinder? could be sucking in air around the hose barbs?

Ignore the comment about not having clamps. I see them in your previous pictures. Here is a picture of the clamps I prefer. Ignore the fitting. I didn't buy the Whitby kit and I made my own fittings by modifying a Pex 1/2 to 3/4 elbow. I dug out my Mustang manual and took a couple of pictures of the OEM reservoir. You can see (barely, sorry for the poor quality) the ridge at the end of the reservoir fitting. The next picture shows how far that fitting inserts into the master cylinder. You could have the fittings the right way but, not inserted far enough.

Toadster, can you post a pic of your brake pedal? I have never seen a Wilwood pedal setup with power brakes.
Thanks Mike
