J, there are things going on at Factory Five that doesn't always allow them to get back to customers in a timely manner right now because of pandemic stuff. If there is something I can help you with PM me and I'll see what I can do to help you.

Hi J,

We did receive your email on Friday after we were closed. I forwarded it onto one of our techs to reply to you. I'm sure it is in their inbox and they are working on catching up on their email messages. We have been experiencing a higher than normal call and email volume recently, and have been working hard to reply to our customer's questions as timely and best we can. As mentioned above, we have also been going through some changes around here, and are getting more help in place to assist our customers with their builds.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. I will follow-up with the tech this morning to have them reply to your question ASAP, and will also send this message to you as a PM as well to make sure you see it. Thanks again!

Sounds like non-condensables, insufficient airflow through the condenser, or overcharge to me.

If it was a blockage and the condenser had sufficient airflow the refrigerant would *usually* simply condense (and sit there) rather than tripping out on high pressure (unless overcharged).

Just saying...
