5533Here is one picture more or less of the aluminum. I have managed to loose most of my pictures. If you look closely you can see the passenger footbox as well as part of the firewall. I hope this helps. Mine is a gen 2 coupe, biggest diffences I see vs the gen 1 is the top of the driver's foot box and the top 3/4 x 3/4 square tubing that the firewall fastens to is left out on the gen 2 coupe.

I am looking for some pics of the aluminum around the radiator and the front and rear wheel wells on A Gen 2.

A couple of the items in the photos above are custom. I fabricated the radiator shroud and the top cover to keep the airflow going through the radiator.

Did you add the top firewall mount on yours? I went at looked at a new Gen II coupe today and it's not there as mentioned above. The firewall panel also doesn't have the top bend in it to mount there. Looks like it's only attached at the center and using a bulb seal against the body.

I don't want to speak for Georgia Cuope, but think I can shed some light on this issue, if I understand xlr8or's post correctly. I was checking out Georgia Coupe's build photos and eventually said to myself, "wait a minute, this Gen 2 Coupe has a square tube running across the front of the dash ... mine doesn't." I called FFR's tech dept. and followed up by sending then an explanatory email with a photo. I deleted my email, but here is the response (which was very prompt, by the way).

Hi Jacob,

I just talked to welding and engineering, and the way that your Gen 2 Coupe
is constructed in that area is correct. That area has changed from the Gen 1
to the Gen 2. The reason that you see a Gen 2 on the forum with the Gen 1
dash steel, is that component was a running change. There is a handful of
Coupes that have the MK4 front end, but still retain the Gen 1 Coupe dash
setup. So in short, you are all set, and your frame is good to go.

Thank You

My first post to the forum. Looking for some pics of the brake line and master cyclinder on a Gen 2 Coupe with the Wildwood pedal box. Everything I see in the docs is Mustang.
